Labor Management Partnership (LMP)
As an affiliate of UNAC/UHCP, UNANC is a member of the Labor Management Partnership or LMP. The LMP is a formal platform for collaboration between Kaiser and its union partners to continuously improve the ways in which we provide care to our patients. The website provides a variety of opportunities to learn, as well as, have a link to current bargaining contracts. The 2023 National Contract, found here, is an important reference that will directly support our future contract. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the National Contract.
